Hanine Salem, Ph.D.
Dr. Hanine Salem is a Managing Partner at Novus Consulting Group where she currently heads both the K-12 Education and the Organizational Performance & Effectiveness Practices. Dr. Salem brings more than 20 years of senior international working and consulting experience in education policy and organizational development.
Hanine led several large-scale strategy development and implementation engagements, educational and human capital development initiatives as well as governmental transformation programs. Her interest is concerned with improving leadership’ decision making process through rigorous policy analysis combined with results-oriented public management methods such as strategic planning, organizational performance measurement, and program evaluation.
Kevin Wallis is an internationally recognized expert in education who worked as a government advisor, project director, senior consultant and school inspector in the UK, US, Middle East and Asia. His work focuses on turning the rhetoric of ‘change management’, ‘educational reform’ and ‘educational transformation’ into tangible and practical outcomes for all stakeholders.
Kevin’s work includes the development and implementation of policy and training for stakeholders at government, board, investor and school level on behalf of UK and Middle Eastern governments in education systems. Kevin also led the development of strategic partnerships between local governments and schools to deliver self-sustaining school improvement services and provide educational leadership for a major UK Government’s project.
Lesley Hunter, Prof Dr
Dr. Lesley Hunter is an internationally recognized expert in educational leadership and school self-evaluation. She has achieved a rare balance of practical experience and academic credibility for her work in developing authentic leaders to drive effectiveness and accelerate school improvement.
Lesley has worked extensively as a school inspector, strategic consultant, government advisor and leadership coach across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Her interest is in developing leaders to challenge behaviour and build capacity at all levels in education, from individual schools to government level.
Her strategic work focuses on the development and implementation of organisational change and leadership sustainability through professional development programmes at national level, including robust project management and forensic evaluation of impact and outcomes.
Mike Salem, M.Eng.
Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur and an established IT executive with a robust hands-on experience in IT transformation, strategy, and cybersecurity. His skills in building effective teams and creating a world-class infrastructure based on long term vision and information assurance had a significant positive impact at multiple organizations. His experience spans over multiple verticals, such as the financial, educational, and telecom sectors, some of which were fortune 50 companies.
Mike was also the founder and CEO of Vorex corporation, which was successfully acquired by Kaseya, a global leader in Managed Services Automation.
Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, a Diploma in Cybersecurity from the Harvard Business School, and Masters in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance from the George Washington University.
